From unclear ambitions to sustainable growth

We help organisations identify, validate and scale growth opportunities, from product and offering development to sales, marketing and acquisitions.

Through a structured approach, we turn ideas into clear directions, decisions and concrete results that can be further developed and scaled across the organisation.

The right decision, at the right time

Every insight leads to a concrete decision point. No analysis for analysis’ sake, only clear choices supported by data and market insights.

Guided by insights

In-depth market research, competitor analysis and understanding of user needs inform every recommendation. We uncover what others overlook.

Powered by artificial intelligence

We use advanced AI tools to accelerate research, validate hypotheses and identify growth opportunities faster.

Validated through practice

We develop and test prototypes with real users to confirm the potential for growth before major decisions and investments are made.

What does the sprint look like?

01

Defining the decision-making framework

Clearly defining the growth challenge, objectives and success criteria. Aligning key stakeholders and establishing a framework for decision-making.

02

Insights and opportunity discovery

Researching users and the market through interviews and analysis. Identifying growth opportunities and alternatives while assessing the potential of each option.

03

Prototyping and testing

Developing and testing prototypes with real users. Rapid experiments, insight gathering and solution iteration.

04

Strategic options and decision-making

Defining two to three validated growth options and selecting a direction. Developing a pilot plan and defining the next steps.

The Growth Sprint is an intensive two to six-week process focused on a single problem.

The outcome of each sprint: a clear decision on what to pursue next and concrete next steps supported by an implementation plan.

This is followed by scaling across multiple initiatives. Through a long-term partnership, this model becomes a sustainable growth system.

Example in practice: growth through the Gen Z segment in banking

From “we want to grow among younger customers” to a validated strategy and prototype in six to ten weeks.

What we deliver:

  1. A map of real growth opportunities, not a list of ideas
  2. Prototypes tested with real Gen Z users
  3. A focused strategy with a KPI framework

Understanding users and the wider context through research into needs and behaviors, such as Gen Z financial management, expectations regarding the user experience and identification of key drop-off points in registration, activation and usage. This is complemented by benchmarking against similar solutions, including digital banks, fintech companies and lifestyle applications.
