Support for the development of digital solutions for justice tailored to citizens

The USAID project "Justice for All" is a five-year collaborative initiative designed to empower the Government of the Republic of Serbia and its citizens to address legal issues and enhance access to justice. This is achieved by strengthening the judicial system and its stakeholders and realizing the guaranteed rule of law. The project fosters a partnership between the judiciary, local communities, and USAID, encouraging innovative approaches and solutions to legal problems and improving legal services.

ICT Hub has the role of a partner in the "Justice for All" project and is responsible for a group of activities related to:

  • Improving people's experience when accessing legal services
  • Formation of innovation networks for easier detection and resolution of problems in access to justice
  • Encouraging community involvement in problem-solving to identify feasible solutions. These activities are carried out through the organization of hackathons, Ideation programs, development of tools for e-justice through clickable prototypes, establishment of incubation programs, etc.

Through its various activities, USAID's "Justice for All" project will bring about significant improvements in the quality and efficiency of justice and the transparency of court work. This will not only enhance Serbia's resilience but also contribute to USAID's overarching goal of a more prosperous and democratic Serbia committed to European integration. These positive outcomes instill hope and optimism for a brighter future.
