Innovation Boost Bootcamps is a support program for young people from less-developed regions of Serbia who want to enter the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems. The project aims to decentralize the innovation ecosystem, which is currently concentrated in large urban centers, by delivering education, mentoring, and practical support directly to local communities across Serbia.
The program delivers a series of intensive Startup Bootcamps across four regions of Serbia, culminating in a final Demo Day in Belgrade, to enable young people to develop viable business ideas, connect with mentors and relevant ecosystem stakeholders, and take concrete first steps toward starting their own businesses.
Program locations
- Zlatibor - Western Serbia, in cooperation with the Zlatibor Innovation Center
- Novi Pazar - Central and Southern Serbia, in cooperation with the NIT Center Novi Pazar
- Novi Sad - Vojvodina, in cooperation with the Novi Sad Science and Technology Park
- Paraćin - Eastern Serbia, in cooperation with the Regional Innovation Startup Center Paraćin
- Final Demo Day - Belgrade

Participant Profile
The program is intended for young people aged 18 to 29 from all over Serbia, with a special focus on:
High school students and students
Young professionals who want to start their own business
Young professionals who want to change careers and enter the startup world
Young entrepreneurs who want to improve their entrepreneurial and sales skills
Young people interested in the startup ecosystem, innovation, and the development of business ideas
Freelancers
Special attention is paid to the inclusion of young people from smaller towns and surrounding municipalities, in line with the goal of decentralization.
The program supports you to:
develop an innovative business idea or improve an existing one
gain practical knowledge in the field of innovation, design thinking, business modeling, and pitching
work with experienced mentors and experts from the startup ecosystem
connect with other young people, organizations, and potential investors
Take the first concrete steps towards starting your own business or career in startups.
It supports you through:
Two-day intensive Startup Bootcamp workshops in four cities across Serbia
Practical work on developing business ideas in teams
A four-month mentoring program for winning teams from each region
A final Demo Day in Belgrade with the presentation of ideas in front of relevant actors of the innovation ecosystem, where one of the teams will be awarded a prize of 1200 euros
Connect with local and national organizations, mentors, and startup centers
