A1 partnership program launched a new thematic call, "New Era of Hospitality," dedicated to the development and implementation of digital solutions within the hospitality industry.
The program is intended for startups in the seed and growth phases, as well as technology companies that develop innovative B2B and B2B2C solutions to improve the guest experience and optimize operations across hotels, restaurants, events, and other hospitality services.
Call focus
They are looking for digital solutions that can improve any segment of the customer experience or internal business operations — from research and reservations to service use to guest relations after the stay.
Systems that can be applied in the hospitality industry are also considered, such as:
- Access control technology,
- digitization of services,
- video surveillance,
- loyalty system,
- PMS, POS, RMS, and OTA platforms.
Preference will be given to solutions intended for the hospitality industry or already in use there.
The selection process
The process of selecting participants includes three stages:
- Selection of potential partners,
- Testing through PoC (pilot project),
- Establishing a long-term partnership with teams whose solutions demonstrate the market potential and sustainability of the cooperation model.
What you get by participating in the program
Program participants get the opportunity to:
- Faster scaling – access to a broader user base through A1 channels and the marketplace,
- Entry into the portfolio - selected solutions become part of the A1 Hospitality offer and are available to relevant clients.
- Sales support - product placement through A1 sales channels and positioning within the ICT portfolio,
- Regional perspective - access to A1 Group's network and markets throughout the region.
For whom the call is intended
Startups and technology companies in the growth phase with a developed product and first users can apply. The invitation is open to teams from Serbia and abroad, provided that their solution can be adapted to the local market.
